Job Summary
The National Trust is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of hospitality staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and table service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Supervise the induction and training of new staff members
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
