About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deal directly with people, handling customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare food and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and make recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
