About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and preferences, making recommendations and providing a personalized service.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.50.
  • A fixed-term contract for 30 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements.
