About the Role:

  • You will lead proactive sales strategies for two leading hotels in the Exeter area.
  • Build and nurture customer accounts to drive business across both hotels.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to recommend and implement strategic sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and room rates with corporate clients.
  • Develop innovative local marketing campaigns, including leveraging social media.
