We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our central division, covering contracts across Birmingham and the surrounding area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of four Account Managers who provide cleaning services across a mix of contracts, including education, local authority, manufacturing, and corporate sites.
Reporting into the Regional Director, the Cleaning Operations Manager will ensure our teams deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
- Provide and maintain quality-of-service delivery
- Manage, recruit, and coach local service teams
- Carry out ad-hoc and regular activities, such as projects, reports, and audits
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
