- Assist and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care, celebrating individual strengths and abilities.
- Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including monitoring vital signs and urine output.
- A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
