Claims Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Executive to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry and a strong background in claims management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee client claims with insurers, negotiating settlements and ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines
  • Provide stewardship for large clients, leading claims propositions alongside Account Executives and conducting regular client claims meetings
  • Present our claims proposition to prospective clients, supporting new business and retention efforts
  • Handle high-value and complex claims, ensuring the provision of accurate, efficient, and value-added services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure, using initiative and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and engaging attitude, committed to delivering a high level of service
