Job Overview

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Automotive Aftermarket. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Automotive Aftermarket as a Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, plus bonus, car allowance, pension scheme, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision makers across the Aftermarket industry, including Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, and Aftermarket Retail & Accessory outlets.

Requirements

  1. Experience working within the Automotive Aftermarket in an Account Management capacity.
  2. Good level of PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft packages including Excel and Power Point.
  3. Excellent people handling skills with the ability to chat trade and sell concepts.
  4. Flexible to travel covering an expansive region and overnight as required.
  5. Ambitious and keen to work with a global player within the Automotive Aftermarket.
