About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Finance Administrator to join our team at a Secondary School in North Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance function, covering 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising purchase orders and goods receipting
  • Investigating finance queries and processing invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Answering phone calls and performing data input and checking tasks
Requirements
  • Proven finance administration experience
  • Ability to work quickly and independently
  • Recent satisfactory references for a similar role
  • Clear DBS check
