Imperial London Hotels is a family-owned and independent hospitality group with over 180 years of experience in running hotels in Central London. We are currently operating seven 3 & 4-star hotels in the heart of Bloomsbury.

We are now recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Manager based in the heart of Bloomsbury to join our vibrant and multi-cultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.

Key duties will include:

  • To develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster, in line with company values.
  • To react swiftly and effectively to changing market conditions.
  • To complete, analyse, comment on and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports.
  • To consistently review hotel daily pricing, analysing direct competitors, pace of demand and other influencing factors including our brand value proposition.
  • To quote and/or give guidance on group pricing and suitability.
  • To grow incremental revenue across all streams.
  • To create and execute weekly commercial strategy meetings.
  • To complete weekly forecasts showing the true position of the business units.
  • To prepare yearly budgets and aid in the creation of the commercial plan in line with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years previous experience in a revenue role or 2 years' experience in a cluster revenue manager role, with advanced excel ability and understanding of the commissions process and cost per acquisition.

Salary: circa £45,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
