Job Description:
Teaching Drama at a Thriving SchoolAs a Drama Teacher, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and schools educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
You will assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.

Remuneration & Benefits:
- A competitive salary, estimated around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications aligned with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
