Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our highly successful and well-resourced department at a prestigious mixed school in south London. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Drama at KS3 & KS4, contributing to the development of our students' creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- To plan, deliver, and assess Drama lessons at KS3 & KS4, promoting student engagement, motivation, and progress.
- To contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and meets the needs of all students.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment data.
- To participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in Drama Education.
Requirements:
">We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Drama Teacher who possesses:
">- A formal teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) and QTS.
- Proven experience of teaching Drama at KS3 & KS4.
- An ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in Drama Education.
Salary and Benefits:
">The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
