Educational Support Role in Drama

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality drama sessions to primary and early years students
- Develop and deliver drama lessons that meet the needs of students
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
- Create and organise drama activities, including rehearsals and performances
- Guide students in exploring different dramatic techniques and concepts
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field
- Experience working with primary or early years students
- Strong knowledge and understanding of drama techniques and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
