Data Centre Safety Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Advisor to join our team at the Park Royal Data Centre. This role is perfect for someone who is not local but is open to travel and staying in shared accommodation near the project site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  3. Provide training and support to staff on EHS best practices and emergency procedures.
  4. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, incidents, and compliance reports.
  6. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an EHS Advisor, preferably within a Data Centre environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Willingness to travel and stay in shared accommodation as required by the rotation schedule.
