Job Title: Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic learning support professional to join our team at The Supply Register. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist class teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing resources and recording student progress.
  • Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and other activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
