About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Training Program Manager to join our team at Multax, a leading engineering company. As a key member of our Academy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that help apprentices achieve their career goals.
The ideal candidate will have manual machining experience, strong Health and Safety knowledge, and a disciplined approach to manufacturing and quality. They will also possess excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
As a Training Program Manager, you will work independently, developing new training materials, conducting assessments, and collaborating with external trainers. You will also support learners needing additional help or challenges and promote a positive culture and brand values.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year, 25 days' holiday (pro rata), private healthcare, and a company pension scheme.
