**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Training and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and training initiatives within our client's food manufacturing facility in Andover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Schedule and conduct regular health and safety training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide new employee inductions, covering company policies and procedures.
  • Lead minor kaizen projects and monitor progress to achieve set goals.

As a Training and Quality Assurance Manager, you will work closely with our client's management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. If you have experience working as a training officer in the food industry and are passionate about driving continuous improvement, this could be the ideal role for you.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a training officer in the food industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and processes.
