Mental Health Nurse Bank Opportunity

At Cygnet, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our bank team at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a bank basis, providing flexibility and autonomy in their working schedule.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, ensuring that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £60 per hour, plus 12.1% Annual Leave entitlement.

Your Skills and Experience- Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
