Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Rapier in Oxfordshire. As an Internal Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of staff members between multiple hospitals across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Transporting staff members between hospitals in a minibus, adhering to designated schedules and routes.
- Making informed decisions regarding parking locations and communicating effectively with sites or transport services for updates or issue resolution.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude towards staff.
- Arriving at designated sites on time, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- A valid full UK driver's licence including D1 category.
- A current Tacho card and CPC qualification.
- A DBS check will be required in the future.
A competitive salary of £25,600 - £31,200 per annum (dependent on experience), making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in transportation management.
