Rapier is seeking a reliable and experienced minibus driver to support their client based in the Oxfordshire area. This role will involve transporting individuals between hospitals on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 16-seater minibus safely and efficiently
  • Travel between hospitals, following established routes and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings and late evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working Hours: Starts between 06:00-12:00, latest finish around 20:00, rota basis. Days: Monday-Friday. Pay rate:£14.50 per hour, plus benefits.
