Regional Minibus Service Operation

This role involves driving a minibus between hospitals in Oxfordshire, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of staff members.

Key Information:
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday
  • Hourly Wage: £14.50

We offer a competitive annual salary range of £25,600 - £31,200, dependent on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Transport staff between multiple hospitals, following established routes and schedules, and adhering to set safety protocols.
  2. Make informed decisions regarding parking locations and communicate effectively with hospital staff and transport services for updates or issue resolution.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude towards staff, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during transport.
  4. Ensure timely arrivals at designated sites, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
Requirements:
  1. A valid full UK driver's licence including D1 category.
  2. A current Tacho card and CPC qualification.
  3. A DBS check will be required in the future.
