Hospital Internal Transport Coordination

This position is responsible for driving a minibus between hospitals in Oxfordshire, providing reliable and secure transportation for staff members.

Key Highlights:
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hourly Pay: £14.50

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,600 - £31,200, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Transport staff between multiple hospitals, following established routes and schedules.
  2. Make informed decisions regarding parking locations and communicate effectively with hospital staff and transport services.
  3. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring staff comfort and satisfaction during transport.
  4. Ensure timely arrivals at designated sites, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. A valid full UK driver's licence including D1 category.
  2. A current Tacho card and CPC qualification.
  3. A DBS check will be required in the future.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work independently as part of a team, contributing to a smooth hospital internal transport operation.
