Northern Franchise Business Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Business Manager to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of franchisees and supporting their growth and development.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the link between franchise business owners and Head Office.
- Ensuring allocated franchisees are operating their businesses in the correct manner.
- Supporting the continued growth and business development of the company's franchisee and franchise network.
We are looking for a candidate with strong business development skills, commercial awareness, and experience in grounds maintenance and/or landscape services. If you have a proven track record in franchise management, operations management, or sales, we would like to hear from you.
