Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Adult Care Worker to join our team, supporting individuals with daily tasks, medication management, and promoting independence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to service users, including assistance with cooking, appointments, and budgeting.
  • Encourage service users to engage in local community activities, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user progress and support plans.
Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess experience as a support worker or hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.60 and benefits package, including company pension scheme, free car parking, and enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
