We are a leading construction company based in Worcestershire, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and services.

Job Description:

This role involves creating and completing Health and Safety files/O&M manuals, along with associated documentation required for our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in using software packages for the creation of H&S files / O&M Manuals and possess excellent administration and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create Health and Safety files/O&M manuals for various projects.
  2. Manage the delivery of these documents for multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be pro-active, possess strong communication skills and have experience in working on multiple projects at one time. They will also be skilled in managing priorities effectively and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Professionally collate site-specific information in conjunction with current regulations to produce Health and Safety Building Files / Operations & Maintenance Manuals.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Worcestershire, reporting directly to the HSQE Director. We offer a competitive salary package that includes an estimated £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in document management.
