Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Document Control Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the efficient processing and management of project documentation.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a solid background in document control to take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with our project team to ensure that all documents are quality checked and processed in a timely manner, manage review periods, workflows, and distribution, and follow up on overdue documentation or correspondences.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on overdue documentation or correspondences
  • E nsure the relevant Package Manager is aware of the outstanding items for their package on EDMS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid background in document control, preferably gained in the construction industry
  • An understanding of Electronic Data Management Systems and processes
  • Experience with Aconex and validation systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and BS1192
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
