Expert Document Management Specialist for Construction Projects

FHP London is seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in London and will play a crucial part in the management of documents across various construction projects.

About the Role:

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate management and organization of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. You will maintain and manage electronic document management systems (EDMS), track and manage document versions, and conduct regular audits and reviews of document control processes to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

You will also provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and the use of document management systems, and maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all project documentation, correspondence, and transactions.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in document control, preferably within the construction or building services industry.
  • Technical proficiency in using document management software and systems, as well as standard office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
