About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Manager to join our team at hireful. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the team on a day-to-day basis, providing support to IBA Manager in delivering key performance indicators and an outstanding service to our clients and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Workload: Manage own and team workload effectively prioritising to exceed targets and meet quality standards and departmental objectives.
  • Performance Reviews: Meet regularly with team members to discuss performance and provide input into the annual performance review cycle.
  • Quality Standards: Monitor quality standards within the team taking appropriate action to ensure expected standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSE Mathematics & English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), AAT Accountancy qualification or CII Certificate would be desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience working in a financial services environment, Experience of providing coaching and mentoring to others.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and insurer accounting, Ability to influence team members, peers & stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
