Senior Quality Control Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Control Manager to join our team in Edinburgh, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality control function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quality control function and ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers
  • Support Senior and/or Principal Quality Engineer in driving objectives to meet / exceed targets including LPS/KPI goals, QL4 effectiveness, supplier and customer timely RCCA.
  • Contribute actively to IPT requirement to deliver a compliant product in a timely manner meeting all cost and safety requirements
  • Provide support to the Quality team in order to meet Programme and IPT objectives
Requirements:
  • Further education and experience ideally in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or experience in Defence Electronics or similarly 'complex' industry.
  • Some knowledge and practical experience of Quality Tools such as Root Cause Corrective Action, Pattern Fault Lifecycle, Process Mapping, Verification and First Article Inspection.

The salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on various factors.
