We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Planning and Control Professional to join our team at Leonardo, where you will be responsible for leading the planning and control of projects and programmes.

About the Role

  • You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Analyse data and reports to inform decision-making and improve project performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Extensive experience in project planning and control, preferably in a defence or aerospace industry setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
