We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced and delivered to customers.

Your key responsibilities include conducting quality checks during production, maintaining quality systems (e.g., HACCP, BRC), and performing sensory evaluations.

You will also develop and maintain food safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits.

In addition, you will handle technical tasks like complaint logging and supplier approvals.

Key skills required:

  • Good understanding of food science and technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Estimated salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum according to experience.

The benefits package includes a pension with 4% Employer contributions and 30 days annual leave.

Working hours are 38.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
