You will be responsible for providing personal care, following risk assessments, and contributing to risk management planning. Our team works collaboratively to deliver an excellent service to the people we support.
About YouWe are looking for individuals with sector experience who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. You will need to be able to work shifts as part of a rota system, including weekends and bank holidays.
You must be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively using different methods, and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
