We are seeking exceptional Support Workers to join our team at Search Consultancy, a leading UK healthcare recruitment business. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in supported living settings in the Grimsby area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to residents in residential and supported living environments
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
