We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited. As part of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support to young people and helping them develop essential life skills.

Our residential care homes provide a unique community-based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. As a Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional support to young people and helping them develop essential life skills
- Assisting with day-to-day activities such as education, college, and community activities
- Working closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the best possible care and support for our young people
- Transporting young people to external locations as required
