**Description**:
**Shifts available**: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 10pm (full-time hours available)

Sleep-in 10pm - 8am

**Pay rate**: £15 during the week day
- £16 weekend day - £11.44 Sleep-in per hour **(Weekly Pay)**

**Location**: Marsh Gibbon

Unfortunately, we **cannot** provide **_VISA sponsorship_** **and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Marsh Gibbon area and able to commute.

This is a **permanent** role.

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a gentleman living in Marsh Gibbon. He is an outgoing and charismatic man that enjoys going to the cinema, he also goes to the gym on a regular basis and really enjoys playing games. He unfortunately suffered an incident resulting in a brain injury, and is looking for workers who are willing to look past this and support him with day-today life. We’re looking for a like-minded caring individual to join our close-knit team to help support him in leading the life he wants to live.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. At Team Brain Injury Support, you’ll be working with someone living with complex care needs and receive fully paid, on the job training. So, whether you’re an experienced support worker or completely new to the sector, you’ll have the opportunity to build your skills in a safe and trusted environment.

- Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
- Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided

- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
