Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail Division in Bristol. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of successful projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the commercial team in the preparation of tenders, variations, and final accounts
* Attend site client meetings and liaise with site management
* Prepare and analyze data to ensure timely application of invoices in line with client schedules
* Consider risk and opportunities, and implement commercially aware decisions

Requirements

* HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Ability to utilize a range of Microsoft Office tools
* Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Preferable to be studying towards Chartership
