Role
The Sisk Group is seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail Division in Bristol. As a key member of our commercial and construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the commercial team in preparing tenders, variations, and valuations
  • Assist in preparing final accounts and attending site client meetings
  • Liaise with site management to ensure timely application and invoicing
  • Consider risk and opportunity, and provide commercial awareness
  • Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records

Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively utilise Microsoft Office tools and manipulate data
  • Knowledge of the Standard Method of Measurement and commercial awareness
  • Effective time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Completed or currently undertaking a qualification in Quantity Surveying (HND/HNC upwards)
  • Preferable to be studying towards Chartership
