This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join a Primary School in Ealing, West London, as an Educational Assistant - SEND.
">Responsibilities:- Support pupils with SEND in a variety of settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and one-to-one situations.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement plans that meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff, contributing to the review process.
- To maintain accurate records of pupil participation and engagement.
- To participate in staff meetings and contribute to whole-school initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity.
