Engineering Skills Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Skills Development Lead to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to accelerate the development of skilled personnel for frontline positions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Engineering, with experience in assessing within adult learning/education. Knowledge of aeronautical/aviation engineering would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering training programs to accelerate the development of skilled personnel for frontline positions.
- Providing apprenticeship programme inductions, progress review assurances, and support services for apprentices.
- Remote assessment of apprentices.
Requirements:
- A qualification or background in Engineering is essential.
- Previous experience in assessing within adult learning/education is desirable.
- Knowledge of aeronautical/aviation engineering would be beneficial.
- Experience with technology to support learning delivery (MS Office) is required.
