Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fluid Systems Engineer to lead and develop functional engineering solutions that meet complex cross-functional interactions and requirements.

This role offers a competitive salary, including £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based in the UK with hybrid working arrangements to suit your needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging supplier relationships to develop equipment and component specifications that meet demanding product requirements.
  • Collaborating with customers to define requirements and acceptance criteria for operational scenarios and design considerations.
  • Leading engineering calculations and analysis to inform design decisions and demonstrate system performance.
  • Developing design evidence to justify safe and effective designs, ensuring customer confidence in the solution.
  • Cordinating with stakeholders to solve complex engineering problems and make responsible decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Science Subjects.
  • Chartered Engineer status within a recognised institute.
  • Background in Fluid Systems Design.
  • Design documentation skills to present to customers and wider groups.
  • Ability to solve complex engineering calculations.
