Job Title: Executive Retail Leader

Job Summary:

Chisholm Hunter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Retail Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve market share, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Collaborate with the central team to develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store managers and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record of success in a retail leadership role, with a strong focus on sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
