- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive business growth.
- Work with team members on their personal development plans and set goals for progression and achievement.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel-related information.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Travel Agency Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and its trends.
