About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategy Lead to join our Finance & Strategy team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the F&S Senior Manager and Head of Business Strategy in developing and implementing our annual budget and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to lead monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as ongoing KPI tracking and pacing.
  • Lead the monthly review process, including reviewing financial performance, managing risks, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Conduct financial analysis to inform our business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to drive business and operational efficiencies.
  • Understand and influence the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with strong candidates with less experience considered for an Associate role.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with SQL a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience of managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify, chase, and proactively solve complex problems without much guidance.
