About the Role

This position will report to the UK & Ireland Finance Director and will be responsible for business partnering with the VP for the UKI Marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing financial strategies and plans. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and profitability of the business
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Manage and maintain financial models and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualified experience
  • Relevant industry or startup experience
  • Experience in using big data for decision making and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
