Financial Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategy Analyst to join our team at ComplyAdvantage. As a key member of our Financial Strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive rapid growth and achieve our mission to neutralize the risk of financial crime.

About the Role

As a Financial Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business and financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and communicating insights and findings to senior stakeholders. Your expertise will help shape the future strategy of our business, driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial strategy and analysis
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting methodologies
