Financial Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Strategy Analyst to join our team at ComplyAdvantage. As a key member of our Financial Strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive rapid growth in our AI-based financial crime intelligence platform.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and strategy, with experience in producing annual business plans and regular forecasts. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and draw conclusions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing the annual business plan and regular forecasts
  • Regular reporting and understanding variances vs plan
  • Strategic analyses to help the business achieve targets
  • Assisting in preparing Board presentations and KPI packs for our investors
  • Financial modelling and cash flow analysis
  • Supporting future corporate finance events, such as fundraises and acquisitions
