Financial Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join NC Associates, a leading business based in Wallasey. As the Accounts Administrator, you will support the Company Accountant with all accounting requirements, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue redemption figures.
- Attend weekly Credit Control meetings.
- Post and reconcile transactions to Xero accounting software from company bank statements.
- Monitor rents and loan payments.
- Post journal entries.
- Prepare accounts to TB.
- Attend weekly/quarterly meetings when necessary.
- Provide year-end Xero reports to accountants for year-end account preparation.
- Provide self-assessment spreadsheet information to accountants at year-end.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, such as archiving at year-end, filing of loan statements, and Companies House confirmation statements.
- Studying towards AAT.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
