Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Regulatory Compliance Team as a Product Compliance Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with local regulations and laws.

  • Supporting the Regulatory Compliance Team with all necessary administration required to sell a product legally and safely in all our markets.
  • Ensuring formula records are accurate and up to date.
  • Working with the Product Safety Team and External Safety Assessors to generate safety data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Law, Sustainability etc).
  • An understanding of regulatory compliance, especially in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets experience.
