Job Role: Service Project Co-ordinator

Location: Romsey, with on-site work

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

About the Role:

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Service Project Co-ordinator to join their Service Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, liaising with customers, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate and organise effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery
  2. Liaising with customers to discuss project plans and completion schedules
  3. Completing necessary paperwork for project activity
  4. Providing full administrative support to the Service Sales team

Requirements:

  • Negotiation and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in administrative software
