Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Wheelers Travel Ltd. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for the efficient allocation of vehicles and drivers for all contracts and private hire bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle and driver allocation for all contracts and private hire bookings
  • Ensuring scheduling is done efficiently and effectively
  • Assisting with daily tasks to ensure operation remains compliant
  • Assembling driver tour packs and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Full PCV licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
